Mindful Movement is a practice for bringing ease and fluidity into your body by linking breath with motion. Join Sherry, a Kripalu certified Yoga Therapist, to cultivate or expand your body awareness and release subconsciously held muscle tension. Mindful Movement is a practice to help retrain habitual posture and body movement patterns, bringing ease to your body and mind.
