Class Description
An intentionally multi-generation aerial class for everyone! The suggestion came from a lovely mother/daughter duo who wanted to share this experience with others. Fabrics at different heights will be available, a few set hip high for inversions and some a foot from the floor, so each may find their own comfort. Class will offer opportunities to stretch and lengthen. Options for dangling upside down (an amazing feeling for your spine!) will be offered. Restorative poses will be sprinkled throughout class to balance your nervous system. While the possibilities are endless, the choices are always yours. Be as enthusiastic as you choose. Aerial is accessible for every body. The only requirement is curiosity. Join us for the adventure, join us for the stretch, join us for the restoration. Join us for the community! ALL BODIES WELCOME!
