Class Description

Aerial Yin and Restore uses fabrics lowered close to the earth and props such as bolsters and blankets to support a balance of lengthening Yin and Restorative poses. Gentle stretches ease into restorative poses, ending with a long savasana. The use of the fabric is entirely optional. Feel free to take all shapes directly on your mat.
